What's changing

Starting today, every EasyPortfolio account comes with 30 days of Premium access — completely free, no credit card required.

This applies to new signups and existing free users alike. If you're reading this on a free account, your trial is either already active or will be activated shortly.

What you get with Premium

During your 30-day trial, you have full access to everything Premium offers:

  • Unlimited holdings — track as many stocks, ETFs, bonds, and crypto assets as you want (Free is limited to 10).
  • Dividend calendar & income projections — see every upcoming dividend, ex-date reminder, and your projected annual passive income.
  • Financial goals — set portfolio value or passive income targets and track your progress with projections.
  • Sector allocation — see how your portfolio is distributed across industry sectors for better diversification.
  • Per-asset performance history — track the performance of each individual stock and ETF over time.
  • Advanced crypto metrics — market cap, volume, all-time highs, and more for 500+ cryptocurrencies.
  • Priority support — get faster responses via email and chat.

What happens after 30 days

When your trial ends, your account automatically continues on the Free plan. Here's what that means:

  • Your data stays safe. Nothing is deleted — all your holdings, transactions, goals, and historical data remain exactly where they are.
  • No credit card is charged. We never ask for payment details to start or continue the trial.
  • Premium features become read-only. If you exceeded the free holding limit during the trial, your extra holdings remain visible but can't be edited until you upgrade or reduce usage.
  • You can upgrade anytime. Premium is available on monthly or annual billing whenever you're ready.

Why we made this change

Portfolio tracking tools are hard to evaluate from an empty or constrained account. We've seen too many users sign up, hit the 10-holding limit, and leave before ever seeing what the product can actually do with their data.

The 30-day trial fixes that. It gives you enough time to import your real portfolio, explore dividends, set goals, and decide whether Premium is worth it — based on your own experience, not marketing promises.

For existing free users

We're rolling out the same 30-day trial to every current free user. You'll receive an in-app notification and an email when your trial is activated. Everything works the same way — 30 days of full access, then back to Free unless you choose to upgrade.

If you already have holdings imported, you'll immediately see Premium features like sector allocation, dividend forecasting, and AI insights applied to your existing data.
